We are looking for: a Business Sales Agent Benelux (Full time) Amsterdam
Starting 1st of November

Your role
As our Business Sales Agent you will be an important part of the Business Sales unit with 25 people working in our five European offices, sharing one common goal: to ensure we have the best florist network delivering a world class service to our corporate and private customers & to increase our overall sales in the company.
From our office in Amsterdam you will permanently support the Business Sales Manager and our Sales Representatives in the Benelux area and help to strengthen our relationship with our corporate customers. Acquisition of new customers will be a part of your role. You work in a hands-on way, providing proactive, professional assistance, proper communication and sales support. You will also share best practice, working experiences and methods with your colleagues in Germany, UK, Poland and Scandinavia.

Your daily tasks / responsibilities

» Outbound calls and activities to corporate clients in the Benelux area
» Acquisition of new corporate customers mainly by phone
» Support (promotional) campaigns and product sales
» Fix our corporate database

Requirements & Skills

» Bilingual (Dutch & French), also fluent in English both spoken and written
» Excellent communication skills
» Preferred experience in a similar sales role (min. 1-2 years) » Advanced computer skills (office applications, web tools, database, CRM)

Euroflorist is looking for an engaged, positive and proactive Customer Service Manager to our office in Amsterdam. You will be leading an international team dedicated to support our ecommerce customers, corporate clients and the florists in our network. You will be part of the Customer Service Lead Team and report directly to our Customer Service Director based in Malmö, Sweden.

Your role

As our Customer Service Manager for Benelux and France you should not only be a real ”people’s person” but also a good strategist. Together with your team you will offer a world-class service to our customers and florists. You will reach this by building a data-driven customer service while focusing on efficiency, system usage, analytics and employee development.

Your responsibilities

  • Operational, strategic and financial planning of the Customer Service Team Amsterdam
  • Optimizing and planning resources, especially during peaks
  • Developing and improving customer service processes and routines
  • Ensuring highest level of order processing and excellent complaints handling
  • Training and development of staff
  • Systems performance reporting to our it department
  • Communications within team and with other teams

Requirements & skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with targets and kpi
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • Advanced office & it skills

The Role

The Customer Service Representative’s responsibility is to help our customers make their friends, families, colleagues and loved ones happy, noticed and remembered and to make life easier and more profitable for our florists.


The following tasks will be done on a daily base by the Customer Service Representative
• Order processing
• Incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Fax handling
• Answering e-mails
• Handle complaints
• Active sales

The following tasks are also applicable but not on a daily base
• Attending trade fairs
• Writing, updating and owning manuals
• Translations
• Helping other teams with seasonal activities

Requirements / office hours per country:
• Belgium Customer Service Representative
- Fluently in Dutch and French
- Good English language skills, spoken and written
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
- Full-time job (40 hours per week)

• Peaks times can result in different and longer office hours that can be taken as catch up time
