Our local florists are still working hard to make people happy across the Netherlands with beautiful flower bouquets. Sending flowers for a birthday? Show your loved one you are thinking of them or surprise someone just because? You still can do it all! 

Hereunder you will find the most frequently asked questions we receive from our customers regarding flower deliveries during the lockdown. Is your question not in the list? Please contact our customer service.

Yes, you still can send flowers! Even if the florist shops are closed, our local florists remains open for deliveries.

So far, we are not encountering any delivery issue, as most of our local florists deliver themselves of use their own couriers. However, due to a big increase in demand, we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery time. (This does not apply to funeral orders)

The safety and the health of our customers, florists and employees remains our highest priority. Therefore, we have asked our local florists to observe the general Corona guidelines, keep their distances when delivering and avoid any person-to-person contact.

Due to the measures taken against the coronavirus, our local florists are facing issues with their flower supply. Therefore, the delivered bouquet can look slightly different from the picture you saw on our website.

For any other questions or special requests, do not hesitate to contact us! Our customer service is open from Monday till Friday from 9 am to 5pm and on Saturdays between 9 am and 13.00 pm.
