On this page we have collected the most frequently asked questions by our customers. Do you have any other questions or inquiries? Do not hesitate to call our Customer Service or to send us an e-mail, we'll be happy to help you!

Do you already have an account? Log in before you place your order. From there, you have easy access to your address book. If you want to become a member, please register.

Step 1 – Product Choose size on the product you have selected. Here you can also choose if you want any accessories like vase or flower nutrition to be added to your product. Click on ‘buy now’ to place the order in your basket.

Step 2 – Cart The first thing you do is filling in the recipient for your product. Here, you also add gifts or accessories to your product. Click on the respective icons to do so. Remember that you must complete the recipient’s details before continuing to the next step. When the recipient window appears you fill in all fields that have an asterisk (*) next to it. Click on add recipient after finishing. In the accessories and gifts window, you tick the box belonging to the gift you would like to add to your order. Click on Add to basket to continue. Of course, it is possible to choose more than one gift or accessory if you wish. Our gift collection varies depending on delivering city. If you would like to place another order before continuing to payment, click on continue shopping and start over. You can also choose to copy the order and edit the details. If you have many orders to the same address this is the fastest way. Click on ‘Pay now’ to continue.

Step 3 – Billing Here you choose payment option by ticking the box with your preferred payment option. Fill in the details that are asked for. If you have received a discount code in our newsletter, you can use it here. Please read through our Terms of Purchase and accept them at the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Pay’ to continue. Depending on what payment option you choose, you will either be redirected to our secure payment page or sent directly to our order confirmation page. Your order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address. Here you can also click to print out a receipt as a confirmation of your purchase.

Yes, you can send flowers anonymously. Only the text that you include in the card text will be attached to the flowers. We won't communicate your name nor address. 

Do you have a specific product in mind that you can’t immediately find back on our website? You can always contact our Customer service to ask for floral advise and we will help you to find the perfect product you’re looking for.

We will not give your or the recipients personal details to third parties. Placing and paying an order on our website follows a secure procedure, protected by the known SSL system.

We will use your emailaddress to send you an order confirmation after placing the order. Also, we will saend you an email once after placing the order with Trustpilot (to rate and review our services). When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive news and promotions by email. We might use your phone number to contact you regarding your order and delivery or to confirm the delivery with a text message. Our florist might contact the recipient to discuss the delivery. 

You have several possibilities to complete your flower gift with an extra surprise. Complete your bouquet for instance with a box of delicious chocolates, a bottle of wine or a teddybear. Take a look at our giftsets as well, where both flowers and accessories are already combined.
After ordering you receive a confirmation on screen and by e-mail. In your e-mail you’ll find all your order details, including the order ID. Keep this e-mail and in case you have any questions, don’t forget to mention the order ID.
In case you didn’t receive a little “thank you” from the recipient of your flowers, you can always contact our Customer Service so we can investigate when your bouquet has been delivered.
You can enter a discount code at Step 3 (payment) during the order process. Enter the code before choosing a payment method, the price will be recalculated automatically.

The payment methods we use on our website are iDeal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and by invoice. All payments on our website take place on a fully secured payment platform. Your personal data as a customer and a visitor of our website are handled and protected with great care in accordance with the requirements stated in the Dutch legislation known as the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP). Payments by invoice are handled by our partner Klarna and are tied to a limit of €200 euros per order.

All our member shops accept our gift cards. Go to Search Florist in the Euroflorist menu in the top right, and fill in the name of the city you wish to use your gift cards. Click on the Search button, and a list of available shops will appear. If you click on Show more information, you can see the address and opening hours for a specific shop as well. If your delivery city is missing, please contact Customer service for help.

There are 3 different price categories for our bouquets; mini, medium and max. Size vary with price, and includes more or less flowers. Each size has an image representing it. Exact number of flowers can vary, depending on season and market price, but we guarantee that colour, shape and value are always our priority. Our florists will always try their very best to meet your requirements as much as possible.
In general we cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays and holidays. In most large cities we have a few shops that are open for delivery on Sundays. For specific holidays and occasions like Mother’s Day, most shops are open for delivery.

Check that you filled in the right information. Username is your e-mail address and the password is your personal. If you are using an old email address that is no longer in use, please contact Customer service to have your username changed for you.
