Today we are Europe’s largest flowers by wire network and we have networks in 12 European markets. The Role

As an e-commerce manager Germany & Austria in The Netherlands you are an important part of the e-commerce team and you will report to the e-commerce manager lead as well as work closely together with other e-commerce managers, marketing specialists, content & campaign specialists, UX & design, data/analytics, product and further departments in the daily operations of the German & Austrian Euroflorist site.

You will have the ownership of both sites. You are a result driven and structured person who has excellent e-commerce,  analytical skills and understanding how to run a customer centric e-commerce operation. Keywords as conversion, bounce rates, sessions, traffic source, average order value, but also customer LTV, NPS are known to you.

Today you might be working in a similar online role, and you are looking to develop yourself further together with a company that has 20 years of e-commerce experience and is developing a world class e-commerce experience. You are also very excited about developing with a company that has presence in 11 European markets and 8 different languages. You like to be hands on and get things done.

The role will be based in our office in Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Tasks

• Responsible for German & Austrian online sales and overall market KPIs
• Main KPI: CR & AOV. Supporting Kpis: NPS, Traffic, Margins, LTV, reach.
• Responsible for ensuring that targets set by yourself together with the team are met
• Analyzing web statistics and deriving actions
• Strategic planning for the business in the German & Austrian market.
• Working with product owner, UX, CRO to improve conversion rate and follow up website projects
• Communication and negotiations with partners

Requirements

• You are “online”, agile.
• You know more about Scrum than just knowing it is a buzzword.
• Fluent in German & English – preferable native German or Austrian or with work experience with German/Austrian market. Dutch is not required.
• Customer, data driven.
• Structured, with great attention to detail
• An enthusiastic team player and the ability to work alone where required
• Ability to manage time to ensure delivery of projects within deadlines
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar.
• Experience, or at least some knowledge about online marketing, content marketing, social marketing, but also UX, CRO & scrum processes.
• Keeps up to date with latest trends knowledge and learnings within your field

The Role
The Business Sales Representative’s responsibility is to establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with the Euroflorist network in Germany and Austria

Tasks
The following tasks will be done on a daily base by the Business Sales Representative

  • New florist account processing
  • Incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to and from our florists
  • Active sales
  • Back office and admin tasks
  • Support Corporate sales in Germany and Austria

The following tasks are also applicable but not on a daily base

  • Attending trade fairs
  • Helping other teams with seasonal activities
  • Support and develop network sales strategy

Job requirements

  • Experienced as a sales representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Fantastic selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
  • Experience using CRM/ESP platforms, Hubspot is a plus
  • Good understanding of customer data, databases in general
  • Strong understanding of email best practices
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Take initiative to generate ideas and lead them to execution

The Role

You will be responsible to help our customers make their friends, families, colleagues and loved ones happy, noticed and remembered and to make life easier and more profitable for our florists.

Tasks

• Order processing
• Help florists and customers (B2C and B2B) via phone, social, whatsapp, chat and email
• Writing and updating manuals
• Keep knowledge base updated
• Helping other teams with seasonal activities

Requirements
• Fluently (B2/C1 level) in Dutch + English and French or German
• Available during opening hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Available for 20 - 40 hours p/week
• Full-time or part-time job
• Peak times (Valentine's, Mother’s Day) have different and longer office hours, full availability in these periods is mandatory
• Internet, social media, and ecom savvy
• Smart in using computers and (CS) systems
• Experienced with serving customers

Problems are a challenge for you to, and although you're always very accurate, you never stop thinking out of the box to find solutions. And of course: you love flowers!
