Job Description
Your new role
As Usability researcher you are part of the Optimization team and responsible for finding out where consumers/users make mistakes, drop out of the funnel (and why) and where they get frustrated with our systems, all with the goal to improve the user experience.

A good grasp of user-centred design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns are experiences that you need for this position.

You posses the ability to clearly and effectively communicate usability issues, new ideas, and solutions to the team and internal stakeholders. Some front-end programming skills are a nice bonus, but not a requirement. Since we are an international company with English as our main language, good communication skills (spoken and written) in English are a must.
