Will my Valentine’s flowers be delivered on Valentine's Day?

Yes, your flowers can be delivered on Valentine's Day. Even if you forgot to order Valentine's Day flowers, you can still do so on the day until 2pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays and we will make sure the flowers are sent that day! You can also pre-order and specify Valentine's Day as your delivery day. Even though it's a popular flower day, we have enough deliverers to ensure that everyone's Valentine's Day flowers are delivered on Valentine's Day.

How will I know that my Valentine’s flowers have been delivered?

Because our florists deliver your flowers themselves, we unfortunately cannot offer a track and trace service. However, there is the possibility to fill in your phone number when ordering, so we can send an SMS when the deliverer is on his way. Did you not receive a thank you from the recipient? Then you can always contact our customer service, so we can check for you when the bouquet was delivered.

Where can I have the flowers delivered?

Is a surprise at the office or in a hotel room possible? We deliver the bouquet wherever you want. Give the correct address and possibly a specific instruction such as a hotel room. We will make sure that your loved one is surprised.

Sending Valentine's flowers abroad

Because we work with florists all over the world, you can also send a bouquet abroad. We work with as many as 54,000 florists worldwide. However, it may happen that not all flowers of your choice are available, for example because they are seasonal flowers that are not grown locally out of season. Click on the option "send internationally" and choose the location there and select from the available bouquets.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the flowers you can buy en masse in the Netherlands may be seasonal abroad. So you may have to choose a different bouquet than you had in mind. But our local florists do their best to offer as many beautiful bouquets as possible.
Do you want your order delivered on February 14? Then make sure you order on time. Due to time differences, we cannot always guarantee same day delivery. It is better to order the flowers a little earlier and indicate that you want them delivered on Valentine's Day.
